I did start a support case about 2 hours ago. Tomorrow is fine to look into this.

Just a quick update on this.... I had an email from Marian at AVID overnight resolving this, and I’ve just paid the usual amount to get back on my subscription.
Thanks for whoever put in a good word to sort this out (Jeffro?..) It’s very much appreciated.

Not yet had an explanation for the lack of communication from AVID which was pretty much the root of this in the first place.
Is it actually right that there’s not prior notification of a subscription payment being due, and no notification of payment failure, and no notification of pending end of grace period. If that’s how AVID believe the system should run, then I’d respectfully disagree, as it’s pretty likely to lead to exactly the situation I’ve experienced.
If it’s the case that communication *should* happen, but didn’t in my case, then I’d love to know what was the cause of that...

FYI for anyone reading this: my plan was supposed to auto renew yesterday and it did not, so I turned off the Auto Renew button and manually updated my plan then refreshed it in iLok Manager. My card info was up to date
