Default Power Book and SD ll

Hi,
I am wondering why SD ll is not working with the power book computers ? Logically, since they have a 16 bits card built in one would think that it could be possible. I will appreciate any light on the matter.
Also, if anyone knows of another editig softwear that will be compatible with SD ll file format, please, let me know. I would like to be able to edit playlists on the road.
Thanks,
Perfect440

Sound Designer does require Digi hardware.

The only application that currently supports a Powerbook is Protools Powermix version 4.x
