Subscription data - ilok cloud
Hello there ,
firstly I do not know english and I am writing with google translation I can agree. I have an ongoing Pro Tools subscription, but the application manager account says there are no subscriptions in your account, and for this reason I can not use iLok cloud and other features. I did the cleaning on the site for the mentioned application manager but the result did not change. My subscription is active and visible on the iLok manager and on my avid account page. I'm waiting for your help, thank you.

Yes I have licenses, I have solved the iLOK cloud but I do not see it in the iLOK license manager, for example Media Composer First avid appears in my account.
I was stuck in the application manager subscription data section, and I uninstalled the application manager as a solution. I still think it's a problem on my account.

The only problem right now is that media composer first is still not in my account. iLok cloud is working.
I guess this is not the place for discussion, but I wrote it because there was ongoing talk.

If I understand you then you might have the same problem as I had. I also tried to delete iLok app manager, and re-installed it. But I still had the same problem. I had a licence that I could use in iLok-cloud, but ProTools would not work with iLok-cloud and demanded the iLok-dongle.
Here is how I solved it: 1) I deleted iLok-manager from my computer with 'AppCleaner' and checked all files that were not standard deleted, to be deleted. 2) With 'Find any File app' (app store) I searched for ALL iLok files and deleted them. BUT I DID NOT DELETE iLOK FILES CONTAINED IN PROTOOLS FILES. You can see this easily. 3) I deleted any 'pace' file but not the 'Eden-Pace' files. And NO pace files contained in ProTools. I emptied the trashcan and restarted the computer. Then I opened the iLok app manager installer and run the de-installer, just to be sure. 4) I re-installed the iLok app manager. I opened it and logged in. Then I synced the iLok-dongle. I closed iLok cloud and opened it again. I deactivated the ProTools licences on the iLok. And I synced it again. Then I put them on the cloud and closed the cloud and opened it again and then...... There it was my licence on the cloud. I did not need to do anything to open ProTools. My licence was already in the Cloud. |
