PT10 doesn't see 003 Interface

I'm having a problem with a new installation. Actually, everything has worked for the past few days and now (all of a sudden) PT10 doesn't register the Digi003 interface in the Setup-Playback Engine. The 003 interface shows up as a device in the Apple => Systems Preferences => Sound control panel. I can also get the Avid CoreAudiio Manager application to see the Digi003. But PT10 doesn't.

I did a reinstall of the current 002/003 drivers and PT10. No help.

Again, all was working just fine, but now not at all.

Any ideas?

Found a solution, but its very weird. A few uninstalls and reinstalls, and a recreation of the I/O (.pio) files that map to the 18 I/O of the 003. Oh, and a disk permissions sweep in Disk Utility. Weird.

Interesting. I found I had to download drivers for the DIGI 003R when I got the new Mac. They didn't come with the PT 10.

The OP found a solution so if you have the same problem that will fix it. If not then I would not have piled onto a thread with a problem that seems the same but us not. You need to start by reading the "Help Us Help You--Read this before posting" link above on this web page and go through the standard troubleshooting and optimization steps there.

If you still have a problem after doing that we need a clear description of your setup and exactly what troubleshooting things you have tried.
