Default Pro tools 10 registry error

Hi, first post.

I've just installed pro tools 10 on a 2011 Mac min duo for i7 8gb RAM with lion OSX. Using the saffire pro 40 and OSC mercury elite fw external.

Pro tools was copied from my MacBook in target disk mode.

Here are the issues. Pro tools oPens and runs after install but when loading gives a registry error and says 'please make sure this product is installed correctly' sometimes with number (-5000). It's seems to work fine otherwise - so far I have only done a test record of a box check. Worked ok, but sometime pt didn't load. Also I was not able to instal amplitude 3, structure free or te focusrite plug in suite that comes with the saffire pro.

Any insights into these issues?
