Default Pro Tools License not showing up on ilok account!

Hi! I'm a little desperate. I updated my anual license of PT but it's not showing up on the ilok account. Every time I want to use Pro Tools the same "your PT license is expired" is showing. I updated the Ilok license manager but nothing works and I do not know what else to do. I'm a Music Production student and I have so much to do for tomorrow... Please help!

Welcome to the community.

Not enough info here to help (can't find an account using your User Name or email address).

Is this an Upgrade Plan (perpetual license) or a Subscription? See the Licensing info for 12.6/later.

Can you update your email address here to match your my.avid.com account?

Hi - Yes. I have updated my email address. It is a 1 year subscription. Mine expired so I purchased the 1 year license a few days ago.

Thank you for your help. I just sent an email to avid and to Ilok - I'm sure this is operator error.
