Thanks for the response...

Actually it wasn't something I needed to know, but it was more a comment of the lack of a location on your website.

'Cause you never know when...

Lady Gaga will be out on tour and get hit with a creative streak and Google "Recording Studios" and then she'll see the ad for your studio and go "Wow...that studio is just down the street!"

And then you'd have beaucoup bucks...

I do not work for Avid (their loss)...my only relationship with Avid is that of a customer (when I'm not too poor to buy stuff, like now)...and that hot administrative assistant...that's more of a "thing" than a "relationship" (that should keep them guessing for a while...)

Just rockin'...what more is there?

I couldn't see anything specific but the area code for the phone listed came back as Michigan.

Yes PLEASE !!! Avid ... I have two "just fine" 32-Fader ProControls that I HATE to have to replace! The personality profile doesn't even have to be great... just faders, mutes and transport would keep it alive... Come on guys, we are the OLD professionals who stuck with you, and really made PT what it is today, we'd even PAY a nice premium for the patch.

Same here... despite working in ProTools many hours a day, frequently 7 days a week, I have exactly ZERO plans to move to PT11 because it would mean losing a perfectly smooth-running ProControl.

I too would be happy to pay a pretty fair sum for a patch, then migrate to PT11. If Avid's marketing department is paying the LEAST bit of attention, they'd do a little math & realize that writing a patch would result in a double-dip for many of us: buy the patch AND buy the PT11 upgrade.

Sadly, I'm not holding my breath.... HELLO AVID?!?! (......please......)

Warmest Regards,
Brian
