Default delivery specs for german TV commercial

Hi there,

I'm used to mix spots to a max. of -9dbfs and have another house take care of properly laying back to digbeta for the different stations. Now I'm asked to do this by myself. For german stations, do I stick to my rule of -9dbfs max. peak level? And what test tone do I print to digibeta? 1kHz sine peak@-20dbfs? What length? Any additional caveats to look out for?
TIA, Sebastian

or 00:01:00:00 if this one goes to zdf or 3sat ; -)

The levels Frank mentions are absolutly right, but you won´t be the loudest commercial in this set.

Loudness has nothing to do with level ;-)
