Can ANYONE direct me as to how I can download the updated versions of these native plugins for that will work with PT 9? I cannot get an answer from Avid even with support email. Thank you.

Thanks, I'll try these. I should specify that I have the original version, which is now the "48k Value" edition?

Thanks guys but those links don't work. I have the original Bombfactory license. I can't find the upgrade path or even a path to send a support email. Anybody know how this is done? There doesn't even seem to be a way to send a simple email to someone at Avid!

You have to pay for a support code. Then you can submit a support case to get updated iLok licenses deposited in your account.

I believe (but don't quote me) that they will credit you back the support fee for a problem like this.

Or you can keep waving your flag here and hope that DTS takes notice.

Thanks Top Jimmy. I can't believe one must pay for a "support ticket". I guess I'll try that route.

Wait. I just saw a post where DTS said you can contact customer service, not tech support and get your issue resolved without having to pay for a support code.

48K Value Pack. What was that? A sample rate limited TDM version included with the Massive Pack or something like that? A Mix era Version? I'm curious.

Registration issues (which is what this is) have free support. You can call them with the number on the contact page.
