It's a new authorization bundle issue. Waiting for a new auth. on iLok.

I got a temporary license for my pts10HD today to sort out if it's a iLok software thing or an Avid license error. Well, the temporary license gave the same mp3export error, still the message I've got to authorize pts10 first.
Pts10 itself works fine, also on this temporary license.
I guess it's a software/update error with iLok/LicenseManager.
With my pc that is.

Thanks to Avid's helpdesk mp3 export (pts10HD) works now with a temp.license
He told me they're working on a new solution. Seems to be a license bug.

Dear Avid ...

Any solution for this? Please advise ... I'm back to using 10.3.10 as my 12.6 is marred with the 9173,9172 errors ... Have opened the case for that elsewhere ...

Currently ... the system crashes after I try exporting MP3 and says iLok license doesnt exist.

Same here, I even contacted the iLok team but they could not give me help.
Let's wait for a solution from Avid, even though almost a month has already passed.

Its very very frustrating and I dont know there's a problem and I cannot open cases ... when I try to a blank page shows up all the time.

I'm also having this problem. Very frustrating--especially when some people have received help with it, while the rest of us have been left to hung out to dry.
