Pts10 itself works fine, also on this temporary license. I guess it's a software/update error with iLok/LicenseManager. With my pc that is.

Thanks to Avid's helpdesk mp3 export (pts10HD) works now with a temp.license
He told me they're working on a new solution. Seems to be a license bug.

Any solution for this? Please advise ... I'm back to using 10.3.10 as my 12.6 is marred with the 9173,9172 errors ... Have opened the case for that elsewhere ... Currently ... the system crashes after I try exporting MP3 and says iLok license doesnt exist. |

Same here, I even contacted the iLok team but they could not give me help.
Let's wait for a solution from Avid, even though almost a month has already passed. |

I'm also having this problem. Very frustrating--especially when some people have received help with it, while the rest of us have been left to hung out to dry.
