Default Multi mono plugins not remembering...

I'm working in 5.1. With multimono plugins I want a particular instance in the foreground. For instance on the drum sub I want to look at the center channel because that's where most of the action is. All instances are linked.

When I reload the session ( or maybe even just re-open the plugin GUI) it always shows the left instance of the plugin. Shouldn't my choice be sticky?

That would be nice eh? This is normal behavior. The only work around I know is to use the Configurations Window recall system. That seems to remember it.

Either way it's a pain. There is also a bug when you write auto to all, that if it's a 5.1 multi mono, PTs doesn't acknowledge that it got written when in fact it did!

It's these little bugs that drive me nuts as mixer. BTW, these go back to Pts 8.

Best of luck!
