PT 2020.3 on High Sierra - Cheese Grater Mac Pro - Constant problems - HELLLLLPPP!!!!

HELP !!!!!!!!!
I'm so sick of having problems - so angry right now - GRRRRRRRRR

Here's my system.
PT Ultimate 2020.3
HDX card
Cheese Grater Mac - see specs in photo.
96 GB Ram, NVMe HDD's
Antelope Audio Orion 32HD converters

Constant Pro tools problems - I try everything......
Trash Preferences, (multiple times in a day)
Import Session data, (this sometimes works but then a random audio track won't play)
Change buffer size,
Everything I know !!!!

Is it just that modern Pro Tools doesn't like old Macs?
Is it because I'm using a non Avid interface?
Are there some buggy plugins I don't know about?

ANY HELP GREATLY APPRECIATED & DESPERATELY NEEDED !!!!

Just double-checking your OS here. Your sig says Mojave but now you are saying High Sierra. Which is it? And more importantly, how have you installed the system; is it a clean install or something else? PT is one of the pickiest software in the universe, really likes a clean OS and can cause random problems on upgraded systems.
