Zoom R24 and protools 9 Helpppp Please

I have purchased the R24 and I was hoping to use it as a controller for protools 9 however I couldn't do that I only can record but I can not use the faders and all the rest. I have tried the method using midipipe but still did not work is there any one who could help me please ???

I am running Mac osx 10.6.8
Protools 9.03
Zoom R24

Just did a quick search and it seems many others also have issues getting the R24 to work as a control surface.. have you selected it as a HUI controller in Setup > Peripherals? Also check that that Zoom is operating as a control surface in HUI emulation mode.
