Keyboard Shortcut to tab cursor to next grid line?

Under the "Change Num Key (1...0)" section, check the first box. It says "Fn+Number to keypad."

Also, I discovered that holding shift when you nudge will move the cursor to the next grid line, even if audio is selected. Holding shift + nudge therefore unselects the audio.
