FWX32 Problem

My problem is that i have protools 10 and fwx. With protools 8 and fwx all ok but i update fwx to 32 channels and protools 10. When i am recording all ok but after 10 minutes, the fwx card dont respond. I a disconect the firewire cable, in the venue devices menu the fwx appears connected to a computer and i need to power off the console, because if reboot only, the fwx card dont appears into the devices menu of venue system, and the green led of the fwx card is on but the firewire cable is not connected. If i power off the console and power on the fwx card green led is off, when connect the protools all ok, but after 10 or 15 minutes the fwx card dont respond.

Had the same with pro tools 8. When i tried to connect two laptops for recording. also had to shutdown the console. reset didn't work.

Ok my problem was solved. The FWx card was damaged, i buy another card and all ok, i record 32 channels in a 2 hour session and all ok.
