Best plug-in in my studio is the Saeco coffee machine. Is always plugged in and consistantly gets used in every session :)
(Minimal CPU and latency too)

If you mean favorite as in which one I use the most it would be Altiverb and then Oxford Reverb.
If you mean favorite as in for each type it would be: Reverb - Altiverb and Oxford mostly, but also Waves Trueverb, Renaissance Compressor - Oxford Dynamics, various Waves, Flux Pure Compressor 2 EQ - Brainworx, Frequalizer, Blue Cat Delay - Waves H-Delay Metering and Analyzers - Blue Cat, Brainworx Mastering - Ozone, Flux Alchemist, Blue Cat FreqAnalyst Pro Just to name a few. Some of these are TDM's though. GD

I do agree with the Waves SSL plugs.. they're excellent!..
But I got to thinking.. if I had to choose a plug that only performed one function, what would it be? EQ. For me it would be the most important plug.. and for all of the EQ's I have, my favorite is 112dB Redline EQ. I would use it everywhere, but the latency is killer on it.. Without ADC or a ton of workarounds I save it for buss mixes. ADC would really be nice to have.
