Maybe it is time to cut your losses. Maybe not. But you asked that question 9 hours ago. It might help to give it time, and to supply more details.

One reason I can think of that you haven't gotten a response is that you posted your question in the wrong section. Panning issues and missing audio files are not an audio interface problem, so I'm not sure what you expected when you posted about them to the legacy audio interfaces section.
