On my recent PT 10.3.2 install on OSX 10.8.2 the BF76 compressor shows up in the add inserts menu. The Essentials Tuner and Funk Logic Masterer show up in the unused plugins folder for .dpm plugs. The other plugs I don't know off the top of my head and my daw isn't booted up at the moment. And even if the 3 meters plugs did show up I wouldn't care as I have those bases covered by other plugs. And Clip Remover - you shouldn't record that hot to begin with.
So to my mind the only plug that I'd really care about is the BF76 compressor and even that I have covered by other plugs.
Didn't have to download anything extra - was right there on install. Remember that there's two separate installers - ProTools itself and the instruments.
