1.3.2 is the latest driver for Mbox 3 Pro. Install that and try again.

Edit: I just noticed I was wrong. You have the latest driver for Windows. My mistake.

Edit 2: I'm using Mbox 3 Pro on PT11 Win without any issues, so one would think it should work on PT12 as well.
