i have posted following question to Customer Care / Support Ticket
03944517 on 5/12/2020 and heard nothing. I understand these are hard times, but ... anyway. Maybe there is some help here from you guys.
I have a Pro Tools EDU 1 Year Subscription with monthly payment that ends 22 August.
I want to renew / change to EDU 1 Year 1 time payment with coupon code "Save 25". I have a new proof of eligibility from April 2020 on hand to send it to identit-e. Need advice to proceed. Thanks.
