Hi all,

I am having similar trouble. I cannot locate tracking info. I ordered my iLok 11 days ago and still have not received it. Every link I follow that promises tracking information leads me back to my account/order page which does not have any tracking info, all it tells me is what mail service was used.
I went to the FAQ which was not helpful so then I tried to submit a help request using the website support form, only to get an error message after I hit submit that says "You have reached this page because something went wrong with your request or the page that you are looking for cannot be found or has been moved. "
I was using Chrome so then I tried another browser (IE) and got the same message. I found another version of the same form and tried to submit my request through that, only to be met with an error message, asking that I fill out a field in the form that does not exist.
This has been a nightmare.
