I'm getting that same window on my Hackintosh 10.13.6. I have to quit Pro Tools First and then launch it again and then it works. I wonder if my dropbox and Mega syncs are interfering with the Avid login.

Also, is it just me or is it weird that there is no Save as or Save a copy as or no way to duplicate your file to make another version. Does the paid version allow Save As?
