Re: Click track won\'t play consistently

All plug-ins are 7.x compliant. I downloaded ALL of them to install them on the new system, I paid for the upgrades of everything.
No "Demo" plugins are installed, not even in the ilok, I have a separate ilok for demos, since there is no way to get rid of those licences.
Here is the list of the Hardware and Software, it is important to remark that it is the SAME system that I was using for almost 2 years with PT 6.7 and ran without any problems at all.
The only hardware that was not there when I did the new istallation was the Hard Drive where I installed the OS and PT, because I save the "old" one with the working PT 6.7 in case something wrong happend, (may be I am going back to 6.7), I got a new Hard Disk to make the new installation.

It is important to tell you that I erase both drives (OS and Audio) completly and then did all the instalation from zero. Both drives where formated OS X Extended Journaled
I followed the instructions on the manual for the instalation, and I followed the instructions at the general troubleshooting post without any improvements.
I moved all the plugins from the Plugins folder and left only the mixer and the click plugin and there still were inconsitencies.
There is also another problem... I hear audio AFTER I STOP the playback!
I am an experienced PT user, I run the studio since Session 8 in the early 90's so I think I know what I am doing.
Please Help!!! I need my studio to work as soon as possible.

Here is the plugin list (taken from the "Protools Version List") in case it is relevant, but I dont think it is plug related because I moved everything from the plugins folder and left click and mixer plugs and did not work, anyways here it is:
