Hi,

It sounds like you haven't activated Pro Tools yet so that the license gets sent to your ilok.com account. Take a look at this article.

If you have questions or need help with the ilok authorization process in general there are helpful FAQs at www.ilok.com.

If you can't locate your activation code please contact customer service directly through their web portal. Customer service can help you sort this out.
