Default Re: Project mixi/o, dead or alive?

I've been using my PMIO on Windows 7 with Pro Tools 11 just fine. Last I heard from M-Audio, the Firewire Series devices (410, Project Mix, Ozonic etc.) were not going to be getting any more driver updates. Lately they've just been posting that they aren't saying either way. There definitely isn't a Windows 8 or OSX 10.9 driver for those devices though.

Your control surface settings are completely separate from your audio interface settings, so you should be able to use the PMIO control surface with your Focusrite as your audio interface. The only issues I've ever heard of are incompatibility between two M-Audio devices on the same pc.

Drivers and support for those devices stayed with M-Audio. Avid only retained the USB devices in the sale of M-Audio.
