Pro Tools 10 and Windows 10? Windows 10 is not qualified yet. Not sure it PT 10 will even work on Windows 10.
Do you have a disk in a CD/DVD drive?
Is there a floppy controller in BIOS? If so disable it.
Have you done all the Windows optimizations?
