Hello everyone. Have a client with the following configuration:
Mac trash can with High Sierra and PT 12.x HDX1
4 16 I/Os- all analog
3 pairs of stereo speakers on a passive switcher
Blue Sky System One 5.1 w/Bass Management Controller MK II

We need to set them up to be able to monitor both stereo (through the stereo speakers as well as the Blue Sky L/R) and 5.1 through the Blue Sky System. All of the 16 I/Os are wired into a patchbay that is normalled. At this point, we are making a crosspatch from Output 2 into the C|24 monitor 3 in order to hear the Right speaker, since the I/O is sending stereo from Output1/2 on the first 16 I/O. Is this something that can be alleviated by altering the I/O setup, or does the patchbay need to be wire swapped? And how can the C|24 monitoring system be set up to also monitor the Lt/Rt or Lo/Ro during a 5.1 mix?
