Since Space is both Native and DSP, why don't you instantiate both versions with identical IRs loaded and see if there is a difference. If you can't tell which is which, get a beefy computer and a Native PCIe card or Thunderbolt interface and just run native. It'll solve a lot of problems and you'll increase your voice count substantially.
