An affordable way to give the converters a boost would be the BLA Micro Clock MK2. On a similar topic, the 192 I/O will be used on recordings for many more years to come. It's still a great box and very affordable in the used market.

That said, I'd like to see Avid create a more affordable I/O box for the HD Native line. Maybe a bare bones 4 I/O or something.
