In the Guitar Window, click on the lettered box net to "Rig Settings". It will show A1, C4, G2, whatever Rig number you're on. Click that little numbered box.
A window will open which allows you to select any Preset very quickly. You can change the value from the 1 second default to whatever you'd like.
It's a very handy way to quickly peruse everything.
