I would suggest you turn OFF the Eleven Rack. Then uninstall the Eleven Rack Driver (if it is installed). Then uninstall ASIO4ALL.

Then trash preferences

Restart the PC.

Download and install the Eleven Rack driver. The Eleven Rack should be OFF this whole time.

Once the driver is installed, turn OFF the PC.

Turn ON the Eleven Rack, then turn ON the PC.

Try to launch Pro Tools. What happens?
Thanks very much for that. I understand all the steps - Avid Eleven Rack driver does not show up in Programs and Features even though I have downloaded it several times (in case one was corrupted) and been through the installation process. I have installed it with Eleven Rack turned off, the shut down computer, turned on Eleven Rack & restarted the computer. When I start the driver install, I never receive a message saying driver install has completed. All I get are a couple of quick windows installing Microsoft C++ and then nothing. I have tried installing with Firewall and Virus Protection disabled. Any thoughts?
