This is a common "problem" when updating your version of Pro Tools. The reason is because it is the Pro Tools plugin folder that contains the UI plugins for the Eleven Rack, and since 8.0.1 the UI plugins for the Eleven Rack contained in the PT install are the original UI plugins, not the updated plugins that come with the ERXP.
I have written about this issue on my blog site, and there are detailed instructions there on how to re-install the updated UI plugins, as well as links to the ERXP.

As stated above, you need to re-install the ERXP, but just the first section.
