My Pro Tools 12 subscription shows as renewed on the Avid website. (Credit Card was charged.)

However, my iLok license manager shows that it didn't renew. When I try to refresh this, I get an error message:

"Renewals are pending for the following licenses."

I see that other similar threads have had an alternate license issued.

Can someone help?
