If you want to go from 10.13.4 > 10.13.6 you do not look for High Sierra.
You just go to "Updates" and allow Apple to apply updates until it stops providing you with ones for macOS (except if that "update" asks you to "upgrade" to Mojave; then don't agree to that one)

There is no separate installer for 10.13.6. It is an incremental update.

The other option is to apply the combo updater directly downloaded from Apple
