Never received ASC; want a refund. [SOLVED]
Hello, I've been interested in a Pro Tools subscription but have been experiencing some issues. I purchased an ASC to get help and received an email with no information about the code. I checked online and it says I don't even have an ASC. I can't even get ahold of a rep on the phone because I need a code. This is ridiculous and I want a refund. I no longer plan on using Avid products and want to know how can I go about getting a refund.
