Another terrible update. I use the first generation artist series (MC Control and Mix) and the display is still sluggish, Eucon crashes, using it in PT 11.2 hangs the display. This is rendering all hardware useless. I can't imagine a case where I've spent this much money on hardware to have to struggle so much with it. Maybe you ought to look at how great companies like universal audio does software releases for their hardware and learn something from that. The Apollo with UAD is much more complex system than this, and yet there's never a release that causes anyone to stop being able to use their hardware, and they release every month!

Working with the Euphonix hardware is getting very very frustrating. Had I been swimming in cash I would have dumped this platform a while ago. Alas I am at the your mercy and my poor decision to use you.
