Default Pro Tools 2019.6 not recognizing iLok

Hey everybody,

Hoping to get some help on an issue I'm having.
I just got a new iMac that is running Mojave 10.14.5. (I know this isn't recommended for Pro Tools but I didn't have a choice)

I've installed Pro Tools 2019.6 and the most recent iLok license manager.

When I try to start/activate Pro Tools, I get stuck on the "Select License to Activate" screen, which says "If you have an iLok USB device... please plug it in now."

I plug in my iLok and nothing happens. I've tried various troubleshooting processes, including switching USB ports, synchronizing the iLok, as well as de-activating and re-activating Pro Tools on it.

Plugins stored on my iLok work on other apps, so it doesn't seem to be an issue with the iLok itself. The iLok also shows up in the license manager just fine, and I'm able to modify the licenses on it.

Thanks in advance for any help you could provide on this.

Erik
