Is pitch also shifted, or jut the playback speed? Using Workspace, see if the bounces file is listed as a 48K file or a 44.1 file. If Workspace shows the file to be at the wrong SR, PT will extrapolate the actual SR, and adjust playback time (and pitch) accordingly. You can reassign the actual SR in workspace.
