I spoken with 24/7 Avid Support. They told me that my distributor has to replace "broken" fader for free. I send my desk to polish service to do replacement, but i also want to check whole desk by service guys.
I think it could be firmware beacause i have the same issue when i'm using S3 with E3 in Live configuration not only in Studio mode with PT.
Or this is hardware issue, maybe bad series faders or something.
