Account help, please.
Hi,
To one of the moderators or someone who can help with this, I still do not have PT 12.5 listed in my products account. It still shows 12.2.
Also, App Manager doesn't appear to be working, and yes, I do have the latest version. On the Account page the message "Authenticating..." comes up, the mouse cursor spins, and it never comes back. I used App Manager successfully for the last two upgrades, but this time it seems to be broken.
Again, help would be appreciated. Thanks!
