Hi there, I have a Pro Tools 8.0.3 LE DVD that I used to install the program on my laptop with Windows XP, but recently I had to install windows 7, the thing is that the installation DVD is only compatible with windows xp and vista, although I know that there's already and upgrade for windows 7 on the avid website, when I run the set up of the download upgrade file, it tells me that I need to have already Pro Tools 8.0.3 installed on my computer to do the upgrade and I cannot do that because the DVD that I have does not run with Windows 7. ¿what should I do?
