On your Sandra report, two problems stand out. First, your memory modules are not the same and the timings are mismatched. Second, it looks like you only have one hard drive. Pro tools requires a separate hard drive for recording audio to. Also the processor is a bit underpowered. You may be Ok for smaller sessions. But none of these observations are likely to be the cause of your problem with the microphone.
