I don't have it but I've used (and maybe abused with usually -10dB of GR) CLA-3A on rap lead vocals and everybody seems to be in love with the results.
About Sie-Q, I think it is a good and very unique eq that I used to use to increase the clarity on vocals and instruments and only recently its been replaced by RZ062. Not on a rap song but this video can give you a good idea of what to expect:
