I had a this problem when I tried to use my AM3 card with the Mbox software. I was unable to keep the AM3 card selected, it would reset to Mbox. I contacted the good people at Digi's Tech Support and they told me that there is a free "side grade" version of PTLE 5.1.1 download available for registard Mbox 5.1.2 software users. You might check it out in the software download section and see if you qualify. If not, then I believe you'll have to buy it. Contact tech support and ask them what your options are.
