Re: 2020.3 on Windows 10 - video corruption and cannot uninstall
On Windows it's always best to first uninstall Pro Tools completely - checking all three options - Reboot, run CCleaner's Registry Cleaner until there are no more issues - then install the new version of Pro Tools, Reboot and carry on.
And with 2020.3, the video engine is a separate install.
Probably best to uninstall and start over. But if it was me, I'd restore the image I had made with 2019.12 installed and start there.
