How to Purchase the Pro Tools LE 5.1 Upgrade

• We anticipate that we will begin taking upgrade orders for Pro Tools LE 5.1 some time around February 15, 2001.
• You will be able to purchase an upgrade from any previous version of Pro Tools LE to Pro Tools LE 5.1 for $50 (USD)
• For the first time, you will be able to purchase your Pro Tools LE upgrade online from the DigiStore using our secure credit card transaction process.
• After you have completed your online transaction, you will be able to immediately download Pro Tools LE 5.1.
• Additionally, you will automatically receive your full backup package in the mail.
• Please allow 4 to 6 weeks from time of purchase to receive your backup in the early stages of this upgrade program.[/list]

  • If you purchased a Digi 001 or ToolBox XP system on or after September 1, 2000, and have registered that system with us, we will automatically ship the update to 5.1 LE to you free of charge. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks to receive your free shipment.
  • If you purchased an upgrade to Pro Tools LE 5.0.1 for $99 on or after September 1, 2000, we will automatically ship the update to Pro Tools LE 5.1 to you free of charge. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks to receive your free shipment.
  • In addition , if you have provided us with your email address in your registration, we will email you with special instructions allowing you to also download your Pro Tools LE 5.1 update as soon as it is available. (this applies to those customers eligible for either of these updates)
