I would advice everyone who has this issue starts a free support case and post their ASC here as it will be a quicker and smoother ride for everyone affected.
Avid support are alerted and aware and as this is most likely a third party issue (Yes Avid is responsible in the end) it is sunday night in corona times so I know the techs are looking into this and it will be resolved. Hang tight and mets see what happens in a few hours when everyone involvez opens for the week.
