002 DA and AD substitute
i reconnected my home studio to use the alesis masterlink as my DAC, routing everything to it in protools through the spdf connection. now other than not having control over my monitors, things are much clearer in the mix, although also much louder. i'm thinking about using it for ADC as well. has anyone done this? what did you notice?
