OK, so this only happens when loop is on AND you have the TC overlay turned on. With overlay off the video doesn't jump to 0h first.
Seems like a new bug.
EDIT: I filed a bug report. I hope they can fix this soon. At the moment TC overlay and loop playback can not be used at the same time for me.
