Default Re: Pro Tools will not run on my i5

Can you tell us a little more about the problems you are experiencing?
Taking 3-4 minutes to load definitely isn't right unless it has to roll through thousands of plugins or there is a problem. What does the screen display during this 3-4 minutes?

Are you using the latest ASIO driver for your audio interface?
Do you have any CD ROM or floppy drives attached to the system? Sometimes their presence can cause problems.

I run an i5-7500 based system with 16GB RAM and load times are only a few seconds and sessions are smooth. So your system seems okay, just need to get some details and try to help you find the offender in your system.
